Our History Jackson Consulting was created in 1995 when the owner, Bill Jackson, became frustrated with local computer support. Having an education in Computer Science, Bill realized small and medium sized businesses rarely had access to someone with his skills. This led to the creation of Jackson Consulting. Jackson Consulting's business model maintains hiring University level graduates to provide IT support to organizations. Jackson Consulting has has been in business for 13 years and continues to grow. We currently serve the State of Georgia. Future Plans Jackson Consulting is seeking to improve its market share by targeting specific industries. Our product development team is currently challenged in determining a better reporting system for our clients. We are researching online ticket processing and reporting so our clients can have realtime information regarding their IT Solutions.
